6 MONTH WARRANTY
At Clark Railworks, we only stock items rated ‘excellent’ or better in both cosmetic and mechanical condition. We’re therefore happy to offer a 6-month mechanical warranty on all locomotives we sell, and this will be noted in the item’s description.
The 6-month warranty covers any running faults, whether electrical or mechanical (including any DCC faults). This is in addition to any other issues that may arise through no fault of your own.
It’s always best to contact us via phone or email if you have any issues with a product, so we can determine the best course of action with regard to a repair, replacement or refund.
